Professional gender equality at Griesser
Calculation of the gender equality index in application of the Professional Future Act.
In application of the Professional Future Act of 5 September 2018, French companies are obliged to publish their gender equality index in order to limit as much as possible the gaps in the company, particularly in terms of pay.
The gender equality index is calculated from 4 indicators. The total of 100 points corresponds to the following elements
- The pay gap by age group
- The gender pay gap (in companies with 50 to 249 employees, this is merged with the gender pay gap for promotions)
- The percentage of female employees receiving a raise during maternity leave
- The number of people of the under-represented sex in the highest pay brackets
