Professional gender equality at Griesser
Calculation of the gender equality index in application of the Professional Future Act.
According to the law of 5 September 2018 on the future of professions, French companies are obliged to publish their gender equality index in order to limit as much as possible the gaps within the company, particularly in terms of pay.
The gender equality index is calculated on the basis of 4 indicators. The total of 100 points corresponds to the following elements
- The pay gap per age group
- The gap in the distribution of individual promotions between women and men (for companies with 50 to 249 employees, this is combined with the gap in the distribution of promotions)
- The percentage of female employees who receive pay increases during maternity leave
- The number of people of the under-represented gender in the highest salary brackets.
Griesser France is proud to have achieved an overall score of 87/100.
