Professional gender equality at Griesser

Calculation of the gender equality index in application of the Professional Future Act.
As part of its commitment to professional equality, Griesser is publishing its gender equality index for 2025 in accordance with current regulations.
This index, calculated on 100 points, makes it possible to assess the gaps in pay and representation between women and men within the company using several indicators:
- The pay gap by SPC and age group
- The gap in individual pay rises
- The percentage of female employees who received a pay rise during or on return from maternity leave
- The number of people of the under-represented sex in the highest salaries
At Griesser France, we are proud to have achieved an overall score of 88/100.
This result reflects our determination to promote equality in the workplace. We remain committed to pursuing our actions in favour of gender equality.
